Professional hardwood deep cleaning sits in the middle of the maintenance spectrum. It’s far more thorough than household mopping — but doesn’t require sanding the floor back to bare wood.
We use commercial buffer equipment with non-abrasive pads and pH-neutral cleaners formulated specifically for hardwood finishes. The result lifts years of grime, residue, and ground-in grit that consumer mops can’t touch.

Pre-vacuum
Commercial vacuum to remove all dust, grit, and debris — including in seams and along baseboards.
Cleaner application
pH-neutral cleaner formulated for polyurethane and oil-finished hardwood floors. Applied evenly.
Mechanical scrub
Rotary buffer with a non-abrasive pad lifts embedded residue and grime without damaging the finish.
Extract & polish
Dirty solution is extracted — not wiped around. Optional polish coat for added sheen and a sacrificial wear layer.
